The Sr Data Analyst will suppor Lennar’s Sales and Nurture Analytics initiatives and help drive the delivery of key initiatives of the Go To Market Team. The incumbent is an experienced strategic analyst with deep experience in sales, email, text, and testing analytics. A career built on building zero defect homes, cost management, and adherence to schedules.
Serve as the bridge between Solution team and Build team to ensure timely, accurate, and functional delivery of demand BI products. Understanding business needs and leading thoughtful design and build discussions around meeting those business needs with business users, developers, and data architects.
Create and automate dashboards, reports, and other data tools to support the goals of Lennar’s growth team
Identifying and reporting on issues surrounding data quality and accuracy, including recommendations for remediation of such issues.
Bachelor's degree required in related field.
Must have 6+ years of experience in analytics, with exposure to both traditional and direct-to-consumer brands.
Must have advanced SQL skills.
Ability to take in loose requirements, ask smart questions, and produce high-quality, actionable insights
Experience with Tableau or similar data visualization tools
Must have experience presenting at an Executive level.
Physical & Office/Site Presence Requirements:
This is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the Senior Data Business Analyst to have the ability to operate computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and carry up to 25 lbs.
