Responsibilities

~ Participate in the development of financial strategies and initiatives to optimize the firm's financial performance and operational efficiency.
~ Assist in the implementation and improvement of financial reporting systems, tools, and processes to enhance accuracy, timeliness, and transparency of financial data.

~ Mentor and provide guidance to junior finance team members, fostering professional growth and knowledge-sharing.
