We are looking for a Manager, Commissions to help drive clients to the next phase of growth!
~ Reporting to the VP, Revenue Operations, you'll be responsible for leading the compensation plan design, administration, and analysis for our Sales organization
~ You'll work directly with our Sales, Finance, People, and Operations Leadership teams to drive our compensation strategy, deployment, and administration for our high growth Sales Organization
~ Orchestrate incentive compensation strategy across Sales, Channels, Account Management, and Customer Success roles
~ Provide insights and analysis needed to ensure incentive compensation strategies will drive desired outcomes
