This role is perfect for someone who excels in both shooting and post-production, with a strong eye for lighting, editing, and color grading.

Responsibilities:

🎬 Pre-Production Planning – Collaborate with the team to strategize video production, including camera setups, scheduling, and anticipating challenges.

📹 Camera Operation & Execution – Ensure optimal camera positioning and framing to capture compelling, high-quality content for both long-form and short-form videos.

🔧 Equipment Quality Control – Conduct pre-shoot inspections of cameras, lighting, and audio gear to ensure everything is working perfectly.

🛠 Problem-Solving – Quickly troubleshoot any production-related issues to keep shoots on track.

📂 Organization & Adaptability – Maintain structure while staying flexible in fast-paced shooting environments.

🎨 Post-Production Editing & Color Grading – Edit both short-form (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts) and long-form content, apply professional color grading, and enhance footage for the best possible visual quality.

📱 Short-Form Content Creation – Capture and edit engaging short-form videos optimized for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts to maximize social media engagement.

🤝 Team Collaboration & Leadership – Support and guide other team members effectively. (Leadership experience is a plus but not required.)

Requirements (Must-Have):

✅ MUST HAVE your own camera equipment capable of producing high-quality video.

✅ MUST LIVE in Westchester County, NY or Greenwich Connecticut.

✅ MUST HAVE a strong understanding of lighting techniques and how to light a scene properly.

✅ MUST HAVE post-production editing skills (short-form & long-form content).

✅ MUST HAVE professional color grading experience (DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere, or similar).

✅ Strong knowledge of video production techniques.

✅ Attention to detail & strong organizational skills.

✅ Passion for storytelling, personal growth, and social media content.

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have, But Not Required):

💻 Experience with motion graphics & animations (After Effects, CapCut, etc.)

📀 Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro.

🎧 Experience with audio editing, mixing, & mastering.
