Kidcreate Studio is an art studio just for children. We have studios in ALISO VIEJO & DANA POINT. We are currently looking for someone to fill a lead teacher role for our weekend Birthday Parties & Private Events. An ideal candidate will have an outgoing personality, experience with groups of children and be available most Saturdays and Sundays 10:30-4:30.
Our art parties are for childen 3-11 years old. We specialize in making parties fun for children and EASY for parents. Successful party teachers provide excellent customer service and receive great tips.
Kidcreate South Orange County is owned by a local entrepreneur who is passionate about kids, quality art education, and the local community. She values the members of her teaching team and is committed to maintaining a supportive and rewarding work enviroment.

What you'll do
- Prepare for parties and projects (using provided curriculum)
- Lead art projects for children ages 3-11, in groups of 8-24 children (with an assistant)
- Interact with parents and caregivers
- Maintain materials and supplies
- Must be 18 years or older
- Willing to submit to a background check
- Valid drivers license and auto insurance
- Reliable transportation
- Able to lift and carry 10-20 pounds frequently, up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Availability on most weekends
- Candidates who have experience working with children in groups
- Enthusiastic, patient, and outgoing personalities - who handle ambiguity and stress with good humor
- Reliability and timeliness
- Strong interest in Arts and Crafts
- Team player willing to chip and take great care of our studio and supplies
- $20-22 per hour plus tips
- All curriculum and lesson plans provided
- Valuable, resume-building teaching experience
- Fun, rewarding and MEANINGFUL work
