Content Marketing Manager
THE ROLE:
IGEL is transforming endpoint computing for the modern enterprise. We seek a B2B Content Marketing Manager with B2B copywriting experience in IT/software to develop compelling content across multiple formats. This role requires a copywriter who can translate complex topics into engaging narratives for enterprise audiences. The ideal candidate will collaborate across teams, supporting Product Marketing, Sales, PR, Demand Generation, and Partner Marketing. PR experience is a plus. Creativity and strong design skills in PowerPoint, Canva, or other visual tools will be important for translating content into engaging visual assets.

Location: Fort Lauderdale, Florida (hybrid)
Essential job functions:
Content & Copywriting
- Write and edit blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, email campaigns, landing pages, and sales enablement materials.
- Develop technical and product-related messaging for enterprise decision-makers.
- Support executive ghostwriting and thought leadership initiatives.
- Ensure brand voice and messaging consistency across all content.
- Create visually compelling content by leveraging PowerPoint, Canva, and other design tools to enhance storytelling.
PR & Analyst Relations
Assist in drafting press releases, talking points, media pitches, and briefing materials.
- Work with PR teams to align messaging with media strategies.
- Monitor industry news for potential PR opportunities.
Content Strategy & Global Cross-Team Collaboration
- Align content with Product Marketing, Sales, and Demand Gen objectives.
- Develop SEO-driven content to boost IGELs digital presence.
- Create marketing materials for events, speakers, and partner collaborations.
- Work with Partner & Channel Marketing on joint content and case studies.
- Project Management & Execution
- Manage multiple content projects, ensuring timely delivery and impact.
- Track content performance using analytics tools and refine strategies.
- Oversee the content calendar and ensure a steady pipeline of materials.
Qualifications:
- Strong ability to simplify technical concepts for various audiences.
- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Familiarity with SEO, digital marketing, and PR best practices.
- Experience with content management systems (WordPress, HubSpot, Marketo, etc.)
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Canva, or other design tools to create visually engaging content.
- Experience with project management tools (Asana, Monday.com, etc.).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Bachelors degree** in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Instructional Design, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of B2B copywriting/content marketing experience in IT/software.
