Primetime Fitness is a leading private equity–backed Crunch Fitness development company. We own and operate Crunch Fitness centers from Michigan to Nashville. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Director to join our team and lead our marketing efforts.


Job Summary:

The Marketing Director will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive member acquisition/retention, personal training revenues, and employee recruitment. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in a service-focused industry. The position demands strong marketing leadership and a deep understanding of both digital/social and traditional marketing channels.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
  • Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media.
  • Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including sales, personal training, group fitness, and member service—to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including the brand, vendor partners, and members.
  • Conduct competitor research.


Qualifications:

  • Ability to multitask and effectively manage time.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Experience with digital marketing, including content marketing and social media marketing.
  • Proven budget management abilities.
  • Demonstrated professional work ethic.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media (specifically Meta Studio), email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Experience using editing tools such as CapCut, Canva, and Final Cut.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.

Job Type: Full-time


Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
