Goleta, CA (Office Hybrid) The Role Lead the design vision, strategy, and execution for FLG footwear globally, taking innovative product ideas from concept to market. Your Impact The primary functions of this role include but are not limited to: Develop key seasonal design concepts and stories that support brand and product strategies. Lead the design vision for category- and consumer-right assortments; advise on category extension or new categories, and collaborations. Lead and oversee design and creative process from concept to confirmation sign-off. Partner with Brand leaders to create and communicate seasonal and yearly creative direction. Apply market research, trend insight, and knowledge to interpret business briefs and actively create/present new innovative concepts. Partner cross-functionally to ensure the highest-level product is successfully commercialized to brand vision and financial goals. Ensure product design initiatives meet category financial goals, profitability, and ROI standards, monitoring design cost investments.
