It is an exciting time to join our company's Immunology Team and our growing US Pharma Business Unit as we aspire to become the trusted leader in delivering novel solutions to transform the standard of care for Immune-Mediated Diseases. The Immunology portfolio is a top corporate priority for our company and will be a key growth driver for the US Market and our company. This role will support advocacy of patient needs and design, build and test US market patient support in the immunology market for tulisokibart (MK-7240) in IBD; a phase 3 monoclonal antibody directed to a novel target, tumor necrosis factor (TNF)-like cytokine 1A (TL1A), in ulcerative colitis (UC) and Crohn’s disease (CD). This area is regarded as a key element of patient and prescriber experience in the treatment of IBD. This position will be responsible for patient journey insights into treatment gaps and barriers and designing, developing and implementing our patient support strategy and execution. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to lead and execute a best-in-class launch as the cornerstone of our company's Immunology pipeline, aiming to establish a leadership position in highly competitive markets. This high-profile role is designed to position the candidate for future leadership roles. Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Patient Support Strategy : Lead a cross-functional team to understand the patient journey of IBD, competitive market, and our company's internal capabilities to define key gaps in treatment journey of the patient and align on a strategy with key elements of a patient support program to address desired customer experience of IBD patients in US. Gain alignment across enterprise, including with senior HH leadership, legal and compliance.
Development of patient support programs:
Lead a cross-functional team (Global, HHDDA, legal, compliance, Market access, and others) to define key elements need to ensure customer experience is met through patient support design, build, testing and validation of our go to market HUB offering supporting Immunology patients. Ensure readiness and functionality ahead of approval.
Ensure Field Readiness:
Develop training and education for all personnel to understand patient support programs and how to navigate compliantly with customers. Develop pre-launch and launch KPIs, data strategy, and rules of engagement for all field facing personnel.
Execution Oversight:
Strong ability to define KPIs to define program effectiveness, ensure data integrity and infrastructure to enable monitoring, and ability to rapidly diagnose and make proper changes to ensure program effectiveness. Developing a highly effective team and holding vendors and staff accountable to deliver desired patient experience.
Represent US Immunology marketing perspective
on GCTs, global brand development workstreams (creative), insight workstreams (Market research) DDNA, Sales readiness (training), Medical / Legal review, and our company supply related meetings (S & OP).
Oversee Budget:
manage budget and spend across agencies, and campaign development and execution while managing key AOR and vendor relationships.
Partner with other Product Marketing Owners within the Immunology team to drive transparency, coordination, and prioritization across the team.
As a member of the US Pharma Immunology marketing team and cross-functional leadership team, partner with fellow colleagues to invest in each other’s development, build a culture of inclusivity, psychological safety, transparency and stretch our collective team’s thinking by challenging the status quo for the purpose of creating stronger outcomes.
This role may have 1-3 direct reports in future.
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent (BA/BS). MBA or equivalent preferred.
Requirements: Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience across marketing, sales, market access (or related experiences) in pharmaceutical or biotechnology industries, and at least 5 years of demonstrated in-line marketing experience.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional teams.
Strong resilience and influence skills and ability to function effectively in ambiguous space.
Strategic thinker with strong analytical capabilities and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills, presentation skills, and executive presence and emotional intelligence.
Preferred Skills: Previous immunology marketing experience.
Understanding of US commercial and regulatory requirements and promotional review.
Design / Development of patient support programs for rare disease or specialty products.
Experience with US product launches.
Familiarity with agile working model.

$187,000.00 - $294,400.00 Available benefits include:
