We already have commercial success deploying cutting-edge research techniques that our world-class researchers developed over the last two years to scale hyper-personalized and continuously improving AI, and are looking to scale fast. We’re looking for a detail-oriented AI content writer, annotator and tester to play a critical role in preparing and validating the benchmark data used to train our AI models. You will ensure that our AI outputs are accurate, on-brand, and maintain a high standard of quality. Your work will directly impact the performance of our AI agents in real-world eCommerce settings. Develop benchmark writing instructions : Create and maintain high-quality content guidelines, including FAQs, brand voice documents, and AI training materials. These resources will help shape AI responses to match each client’s unique tone and style. Perform content quality assurance : Thoroughly review and refine AI-generated content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and alignment with brand voice. Your edits will enhance the overall quality and consistency of responses. Conduct manual AI model testing : Test AI models in real-world scenarios, validating response quality and ensuring adherence to performance benchmarks. Your hands-on testing will help identify gaps and improve AI accuracy. Provide structured feedback on model performance : Systematically evaluate AI responses, documenting areas for improvement and recommending refinements to enhance model effectiveness. Triage and analyze reported feedback : Review and categorize feedback from users, identifying recurring issues and prioritizing updates to improve AI performance. Audit AI interactions for accuracy and brand consistency : Regularly review AI-generated responses, ensuring they maintain brand integrity, follow company messaging, and deliver a seamless user experience. Refine internal QA processes : Contribute to improving internal quality assurance workflows, helping develop best practices for AI content creation and model evaluation. Who you are
Exceptional writer & editor : You have strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills, ensuring all content is clear, precise, and high-quality. You know how to craft compelling, on-brand messaging for different audiences. Meticulous attention to detail : You can spot even the smallest inconsistencies and errors, maintaining a high standard of accuracy and quality across all AI-generated content. Strong language & brand voice skills : You have a keen sense of language and tone, with the ability to adapt to different brand voices seamlessly. You understand what makes content engaging, polished, and aligned with a company’s identity. Organized & able to manage multiple projects : You can juggle multiple tasks efficiently, ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining top-notch quality in all deliverables. Tech-savvy & quick learner : You’re comfortable learning new tools and platforms, even those that aren’t necessarily designed for consumers. You can navigate AI training interfaces and provide structured feedback on performance. Experience in content editing (Bonus) : A background in content editing, QA, or related fields is a plus. You understand how to refine content for clarity, impact, and consistency. Available : You’re ready to start full-time in March or can begin part-time immediately, transitioning to a full-time role by end of spring.
