The Field Marketing Representative is responsible for driving brand awareness and engagement across assigned territories by regularly visiting recreational dispensaries and executing marketing strategies. Reporting to the Marketing Director, this role involves educating customers and store associates on Jaunty’s product lines, managing visual merchandising, and representing the brand at events like trade shows and expos. The position requires strong project management skills to support on-the-ground campaigns and administrative abilities for tracking and reporting on activities. Ideal candidates have experience in the cannabis industry or a related field, possess excellent communication skills, and are motivated, detail-oriented, and flexible. Location:

Marketing Director Essential Responsibilities and Duties: Travel to recreational dispensaries across your assigned territory within the NYC Metro Area. Hold a comprehensive understanding of Jaunty’s product lines and effectively educate customers/consumers on each product. Support brand awareness and engagement to build and drive B2B and B2C growth. Manage all visual merchandising and product placement within all assigned dispensary accounts. Drive education and brand awareness through budtender training sessions. Gauge store traffic and collect feedback and market intelligence. Execute all marketing requests from management. Obtain video and photo content of in-store events to post on social media. Activate in-house brands. Represent our brands at other customer-facing events (trade shows, expos, etc.). Maintain a high level of professionalism and discretion regarding company matters. Project Management: Work in collaboration with marketing and sales teams to support on-the-ground campaigns to educate, drive traffic and sales, increase consumer awareness, and grow market share. Administrative Work: Conduct ongoing research of NYS cannabis events. Prepare reports/recaps of all training sessions and events, including feedback and surveys. Maintain a Field Marketing Representative toolkit/road kit and educational materials. Coordinate wholesale buyer in-store displays, marketing materials, and merchandise giveaways. Support sales team with data entry. Essential Work Experience and Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in a marketing, sales, and/or promotional role required. 2+ years of experience working in public-facing events, customer service, or a customer-facing role required. Effective at time management, detail-oriented, highly organized, and motivated by accomplishment. Self-starter with an ability to work quickly and accurately, with flexibility. Knowledge or willingness to learn state-specific cannabis laws and regulatory compliance. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. A consideration for aesthetics, styling, and presentation. 1+ years of experience in the legal cannabis industry preferred but not required. Candidate must be at least 21 years of age. Candidate must have a valid driver’s license. Candidate must have access to reliable transportation (commuter benefits apply). Compensation:

$75,000 to $85,000, depending on experience. Additional Benefits:
