What You Will Learn

Content Vision & Strategy: Develop and lead the overall content vision and strategy, aligning with business objectives and long-term brand goals. Oversee the development and implementation of scalable content strategies across multiple brands or product categories. Team Leadership & Organizational Development: Lead and manage the content production team, overseeing all aspects of team performance, budget management, and resource allocation. Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment and drive professional development. Budget Planning & Management: Develop and manage the content production budget, ensuring resources are allocated strategically to achieve business objectives. Oversee vendor relationships and negotiate contracts. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Influence: Collaborate with senior leadership across various departments to integrate content strategies into broader business strategies. Influence stakeholders and secure buy-in for content initiatives. Innovation & Technology Adoption: Drive innovation and the adoption of new technologies within the content production team, exploring emerging platforms, tools, and techniques to enhance content creation and distribution. Required Qualifications

What We Are Looking For:

Bachelor’s Degree 7+ years in content production and management Minimum 3 years' experience managing projects independently The ideal candidate has a background in consumer-centric video production for e-retail and/or media. Brings a high level of technical and editing technique knowledge Has proven experience shooting and editing middle-funnel e-retail photos and video. Preferred Qualifications

Salary Range

: $127,000-$184,000 base salary + bonus (The actual compensation will depend on a variety of job-related factors which may include geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level)
