Position onsite from Charlotte, NC Office The Sr. Manager, Digital Marketing leads the execution, tactical implementation, and optimization of Caesarstone’s US digital presence. This individual will be responsible for implementing an integrated digital marketing strategy that aligns global objectives and drives measurable business results. Contributing to the overall strategic direction of the brand’s digital presence and crafting clear strategies for tactical deployment, this individual must possess both business acumen and technical prowess. Rooted in creativity and innovation but driven by data, this role will leverage CRM platforms, marketing automation, e-commerce, social media, and emerging technologies to create seamless, customer-focused experiences. The ideal candidate will have expertise in setting KPIs, analyzing data to uncover actionable insights, and correlating digital activities to business outcomes. They will also play a critical role in supporting offline activities, enhancing brand health, and achieving sales goals. Working across global digital, marketing, and IT teams and connecting with US channel marketing, brand, and sales, this role plays a critical component to the business unit’s go-to-market success. Digital Strategy and Customer Journey Optimization
Craft end-to-end, persona-driven digital customer journeys, ensuring seamless experiences across all touchpoints (web, email, social media, e-commerce, and paid media). Develop and execute data-driven strategies to optimize conversion rates, drive engagement, and move customers through the funnel beginning-to-end. Map customer actions to offline sales activities and analyze their impact on financial goals. Drive and deliver clear, well-explained conclusions and actionable insights. Campaign Development and Execution
Lead the creation and deploy integrated marketing campaigns that span owned, earned, and paid channels. Collaborate with Brand, Channel, and Product teams to amplify marketing efforts online, ensuring consistency and alignment with business goals. Launch and promote new products through comprehensive digital strategies, including keyword planning, competitive analysis, and targeted outreach. Incorporate all digital touchpoints into an omni-channel marketing framework. Be the subject matter expert, developing strategies with Brand, Channel, and Product. Execute all technical deployments of strategies, incorporating A/B testing, and report regularly on what works (and what doesn’t) to promote an environment of continuous improvement. Data Analysis and Reporting
Monitor industry benchmarks and competitive brands to ensure Caesarstone remains ahead of the curve in digital marketing. Set meaningful KPIs for campaigns, providing monthly performance reports and actionable recommendations for improvement. Use tools like Google Analytics, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce CRM, and other platforms to analyze ROI and track progress toward goals. Mine data for SEO and paid keyword opportunities, make recommendations, and implement competitive solutions towards gaining market share. Website and Content Management
Develop and oversee the US website, including updates, blog posts, banner ads, and landing pages, ensuring content aligns with SEO and customer engagement best practices. Work with global teams to troubleshoot technical issues and implement backend platform improvements. Paid Media and Social Media Management
Work with agency partners in planning and executing paid media strategies, including SEO/SEM, Google Ads, P-Max, and display campaigns, within allocated budgets. Monitor social media platforms for engagement, promptly responding to comments and fostering positive brand interactions. Develop and post brand-aligned content, incorporating feedback from internal teams. CRM and Marketing Automation
Build and manage email marketing campaigns, including workflow automation based on customer personas. Manage lists and update regularly. Develop landing page and content to generate higher engagement and pull through from email marketing. Co-create and manage quarterly digital communications calendar including all email marketing. Generate leads in the commercial/professional space, creating and monitoring a handoff strategy from Salesforce Marketing Cloud to Salesforce CRM. Train sales teams on converting digital leads and monitor adoption metrics. Insights and Innovations
Stay informed about emerging digital trends, tools, and technologies, sharing insights with the team to enhance marketing strategies. Identify and recommend competitive solutions to address market gaps and gain share. Continuously test, refine, and improve digital strategies based on results and new opportunities. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business-related field required, MBA preferred. Proven expertise in SEO/SEM, CRM platforms, marketing automation, and analytics tools like Google Analytics, Salesforce CRM, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Strong experience in campaign development, user funnel optimization, and A/B testing. Working knowledge of website development, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript constraints. Ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies. Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams. Global experience preferred; retail or e-commerce expertise is a plus. Projected salary range for this role is $98K-$122K. WORKING CONDITIONS
Office-based role Up to 10% travel required. Working conditions are normal for an office environment. Ability to attend and conduct presentations. Manual dexterity required to use desktop computer and peripherals. Extended hours may be required for events and trade shows.
