As the Senior Director, Brand Marketing, you’ll be the mastermind behind the strategy, voice, and creative execution for some of the world’s most iconic hotel brands. You’ll guide agency partners, lead cross-functional teams, and create work that gets people talking—whether it's a game-changing brand campaign, a killer influencer partnership, or an unforgettable guest experience. What you'll do
Brand Strategy & Leadership Own and evolve brand strategy, including but not limited to, positioning, voice, creative identity, and go-to-market strategy for assigned segment of Wyndham brands. Be the brand champion, ensuring all touchpoints reflect the brand’s DNA. Lead the development of integrated marketing plans and campaign briefs that drive awareness, consideration, and bookings. Spot emerging trends and create work that keeps our brands ahead of the curve. Act as a thought leader at conferences and franchisee events, presenting marketing strategies and innovations. Identify brand partnerships that drive value and negotiate relationships that enhance brand exposure. Work with our marketing agency and internal teams at Wyndham to develop compelling campaigns, taglines, and brand assets. Oversee the creation of video, social, digital, and hotel collateral. Partner with the PR team on high-impact activations that generate buzz and earned media. Submit award-worthy campaigns that showcase Wyndham’s creativity and innovation. Cross-Functional Collaboration Collaboration is key. You’ll sit at the center of a cross-functional marketing team, setting the brand strategy and working alongside Paid Media, Social Media, Marketing Effectiveness, and other teams. Work with Brand Operations to develop in-hotel brand-defining elements and pilot programs. Support new hotel openings and brand launches. Coordinate with global marketing teams to ensure our brands are aligned worldwide. Performance Measurement & Optimization Work with Analytics and Media teams to measure campaign success and optimize creative accordingly. Financial & Budget Management Own the North American marketing fund for your brand—budgeting, tracking, and ensuring financial accountability. What Makes This Job Awesome?
