Robert Half is seeking a Creative Program Manager with expertise in PR production and static asset management to support a high-profile entertainment client. This role requires deep knowledge of prepress processes, print production, and color refinement to ensure high-quality execution of creative assets. The ideal candidate will work closely with creative agencies, internal teams, and production partners to deliver polished, on-brand visuals for platform and print marketing campaigns.


Location: Culver City, Los Angeles (Onsite)

Contract Duration: 17 weeks

Pay Rate: $55-$58/hour

Hours: 40 hours/week


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the production of static assets for platform and print, ensuring high-quality execution that aligns with brand and marketing objectives.
  • Manage color reviews and refinishing, ensuring consistency across various media and distribution channels.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for prepress processes, guiding teams on best practices for print and static asset production.
  • Collaborate with creative agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure assets meet creative and technical standards.
  • Utilize Adobe Suite to refine assets and provide hands-on support for production needs.
  • Ensure all assets adhere to brand guidelines, platform requirements, and technical specifications.
  • Manage workflows using project management software, keeping projects on track and ensuring timely delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Strong background in prepress production, color management, and refinishing.
  • Experience working with creative agencies and production partners.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced entertainment or marketing environment.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and workflow systems.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail.
