Job Description
We are in the process of expanding our team with a Project/Program Manager II. This role plays a crucial part in our operations, overseeing all aspects of our projects and programs, setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and ensuring progress. This position offers a long term contract employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage all aspects of ongoing projects and programs within our organization.
• Utilize your skills in Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, and Adobe Acrobat to contribute to our projects.
• Apply your knowledge of marketing, planning, procedures, and practices to ensure the successful implementation of our projects.
• Prepare and present detailed reports to management, summarizing the progress and status of our projects.
• Coordinate the activities of your team members, assigning tasks and responsibilities as needed.
• Direct and lead the work of others, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Use your creativity and latitude to solve problems and meet project goals.
• Manage project budgets and ensure that resources are used efficiently.
• Utilize Smartsheet to manage project timelines, tasks, and deliverables.
• Ensure the quality of our projects by overseeing QA management processes.
• Contribute to our printing projects, using your skills in digital printing and large format printing.
• Must have knowledge and experience in Marketing• Excellent Planning skills are required
• Familiarity with standard Procedures and Practices in project management
• Must have the ability to track and report Progress on various projects
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, and Adobe Creative Cloud is necessary
• Experience with Printing, especially Digital Printing and Large Format, is a plus
• Must be able to Prepare Reports documenting project status and milestones
• Strong Coordination skills to manage different aspects of projects
• Creativity and innovative thinking are highly desired
• Budget Management experience is essential
• Experience in Program Management is required
• Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat is necessary
• Experience with Smartsheet project management software is a plus
• Must have experience in Quality Assurance (QA) Management.
