We are seeking a motivated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our dedicated team serving elementary students near San Tan Valley, AZ. This is a full-time opportunity for the entire school year, offering petitive pay ranging from $30 to $38 per hour. Qualifications

• Current Arizona SLPA License.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Speech Language Pathology or relevant field.
• Experience working with school-aged children is preferred but not required.
• Strong munication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative educational team.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech and language therapy services under the supervision of a licensed SLP.
• Support elementary students with various munication needs in classroom and small-group settings.
• Implement treatment plans and document progress according to school and district guidelines.
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to integrate therapy goals into the school environment.
• Maintain accurate records and report on student progress to supervising SLPs and school teams.
