We’re looking for a creative storyteller with a passion for social media to join our team. As aContent Specialist, you’ll create engaging content, manage social media platforms, and collaborate across teams to amplify our message and drive business growth.

Role Overview

Kintura is seeking a talented and strategic Content Specialistto craft, manage, and distribute compelling written content across various platforms. This role involves developing engaging stories, maintaining brand consistency, and working with different departments to elevate our messaging. The ideal candidate is a skilled writer, creative thinker, and organized planner with experience in content strategy, social media, and marketing communications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Creation: Write compelling content for websites, social media, newsletters, and reports.
  • Social Media Management: Plan and post engaging content, track engagement, and maintain brand consistency across platforms.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with teams to ensure messaging aligns with business goals and supports workforce initiatives and philanthropic communications.
  • Content Optimization: Repurpose content for different formats and audiences to maximize impact.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in content creation with a strong portfolio.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Experience managing social media content and engagement.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and adapt content for various audiences.
  • Familiarity with senior living, marketing, content management, and social media tools is a plus.
