As our Content Creator, you'll be responsible for developing engaging content that highlights our products, services, and company culture across various platforms. This flexible position can be part-time, full-time, or suitable for students, offering a perfect blend of creativity and purpose. You'll also have the exciting opportunity to travel to our branches to capture unique content and bring our brand to life across multiple locations.

Responsibilities
As a key member of our team, the Content Creator will be responsible for developing engaging content that showcases our company culture, promotes our products and services, and attracts top talent. Your responsibilities will include:
- Create compelling video content, including "day in the life" and employee interview videos.
- Develop engaging social media posts and campaigns.
- Produce educational content about air filtration and indoor air quality.
- Travel to our branches to capture unique content showcasing our diverse locations and team members.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure content aligns with brand standards.
- Stay current with content creation and digital marketing trends.
Qualifications
We're seeking a creative individual with:
- 1-3 years of experience in videography, video editing, and social media management.
- Strong skills in content creation.
- Excellent understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
- Self-motivation and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Associate's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred, but not required). Current students are welcome to apply!
- A valid driver's license, a satisfactory driving record, and the ability to drive for company business (must be at least 21 years old).
Bonus Points
- Strong graphic design skills with an eye for brand consistency.
- Experience creating content for technical or industrial topics.
- Passion for environmental sustainability and air quality issues.

Eligibility and Compensation
- All candidates must be eligible to work in the US and able to pass a background check and drug screen if required.
- This is an hourly-paid position, and the pay rate will be based on your level of experience.
