The Opportunity: The Creative Production Manager will bring a passion for creative production and an actionable knowledge of emerging AI trends. A natural relationship-builder and great communicator, the Creative Production Manager will oversee our in-house creative team and global design partners, shape our production process, and enhance our market presence.
What You Will Do:
- Oversee all aspects of creative production, including design, video, creative templates, copy, taking in briefs, identifying stakeholder needs, assigning resources, and managing outputs.
- Increase adoption of emerging AI platforms and new creative tools, aligning creative innovation with business goals to maintain the highest standards of creative output.
- Improve creative processes and methodologies, carefully looking at how much time is being spent on projects.
- Eliminate delays and accelerate time-to-market.
- Ensure a high level of creative work, maintaining creative automation processes, creative templates, and content management systems.
- Serve as a mediator for the creative team and project stakeholders, understanding business and project needs, assessing briefs and assigning resources to projects.
- Demonstrate strong executive presence by effectively influencing and presenting innovative solutions to cross-functional teams, fostering enthusiasm and achieving consensus.
- Maintain a positive and productive atmosphere, providing constructive feedback, mentoring, and professional development opportunities.
- Engage in creative projects and provide production support as required.
The Experience You Will Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, Advertising, Creative Production or related field.
- 5+ years’ experience managing in-house, remote, and overseas Designers.
- 10+ years of experience demonstrating expertise as a Creative Director, Studio Manager, Production Manager, or equivalent role.
- Experience managing Copywriters is a plus.
- Demonstrate excellence with the Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Identified interest and willingness to grow in the ever-evolving AI landscape.
- Solid understanding of marketing principles and brand development.
- Strong project management abilities with knowledge of creative/project management software and tools.
- Ability to leverage industry connections to source top freelancers, contractors, and suppliers in advertising.
- Intellectual curiosity, entrepreneurial spirit, and sense of humor.
