Job Title: Project Coordinator

Location: West Sacramento, CA (Local candidates only, Hybrid 1-2 days a week at office)

Description:

Looking for candidates currently residing near work location. Assignment is hybrid and required in-office each week on Wednesdays at the West Sacramento office. Cell phone not required as communication (calls, etc.) will be via MS Teams.

Top Things Looking For:

  1. Software proficiency: Microsoft Word, Teams, Excel.
  2. Familiarity with real estate terms.
  3. Accuracy with data entry.

Duties:

  • Create a safe work environment and follow all established safety guidelines.
  • Manage timelines associated with requests in the web enterprise workflow tool (projects for internal and external websites, including pge.com, pge-corp.com, and Intranet).
  • Assist with editorial calendar and content strategy for client blog, NEXT100.com.
  • Support Manager and team in planning and implementing online communication initiatives.
  • Track and maintain events/requests for team/LOB focus.
  • Support Manager and team in compiling and delivering estimates, budget forecasts for projects, invoice monitoring, and metrics reporting to clients.
  • Support larger online communication team as needed (including budget, timesheet management, invoicing, etc.).
  • Employ department best practices for ongoing assignments.
  • Demonstrate a healthy understanding of client's core business: power generation, distribution, transmission, utility services, etc.
