This position is for our studio 3D Identity : visual storytellers, dedicated to amplifying brands through meaningful design, immersive experiences, and authentic connections that resonate with people and celebrate culture.

Job Summary:

The Design role will work closely with the Creative and Project Management teams to translate and communicate client needs and branding into design strategies, visual concepts, and functional creative solutions. The role will identify, interpret, and visually enhance the client environment based on brand and story.

Essential Functions

  • Responsible for the design of a wide variety of brand, branded environment, signage, and wayfinding projects
  • Collaborate with clients and project teams to understand design requirements and project objectives.
  • Assist in creative research and project kickoff facilitation.
  • Create innovative and aesthetically pleasing experiential design strategy and execution that align with client needs and industry standards.
  • Present design concepts to clients and stakeholders, incorporating feedback and revisions as necessary.
  • Work closely with the project team, including architects and designers to ensure construction documentation comprehension and design feasibility.
  • Prepare detailed fabrication intent documentation.
  • Understand use of materiality and fabrication methodology to meet project budget and design concept.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, new materials, and design innovations to continuously enhance design offerings.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Required Skills/Abilities

  • Proficiency in design software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
  • Knowledge of 3D rendering skills in Sketch-up or similar 3D modeling required
  • Understanding of architectural scales and drawings - able to read and interpret architectural and shop drawings
  • Strong creativity and design-thinking skills to develop innovative and functional design solutions.
  • In-depth knowledge of graphic design and interior design principles, materials, and industry trends.
  • Ability to interpret and translate client needs and project requirements into compelling design concepts.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey design concepts to clients and project teams.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite or related software.

Education/Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in architecture, graphic design, or related field.
