This is a full-time position available at a health care publishing company to manage two professional journals.

Base Pay Range

$55,000.00/yr - $65,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

  1. Oversee peer review, pre-production, production, and post-production/posting of content according to the production schedule.
  2. Work with section editors to meet deadlines.
  3. Manage editorial boards and virtual board meetings.
  4. Provide daily supervision for an Associate Editor.
  5. Engage in social media posting.

Qualifications

  1. Excellent copyediting, proofreading, and InDesign page layout skills required.
  2. Professional and customer-focused, self-motivated, deadline- and detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects.
  3. Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years’ experience in publishing, preferably related to health care or academia.

Additional Information

The annual base salary for this position is $55,000 to $65,000. Placement within this range is determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to, knowledge, skills, education, years and level of experience, and equity with internal team members.

Effective March 3, 2025, employees living within a 50-mile radius will be scheduled to work two days per week in our Thorofare, NJ location. Selected employees will work remotely three days per week.
