As a Co-Manager you will:

1. Be actively engaged in the store's processes and procedures in order to meet and exceed financial goals.
2. Lead and guide your team with passion to achieve the highest standards while exhibiting the utmost empathy.
3. Execute the seasonal department's daily, weekly, and yearly merchandising plans.

Starting Salary Range:

$65,000 to $67,600 plus bonus annually.

Job Requirements:

1. Must have previous big-box retail management experience.
2. Must be able to process information and have the ability to make sound business decisions.
3. Be open to relocation for promotion.
