Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented, detail-oriented Creative (Graphic Design) to join our growing team in San Francisco. The ideal candidate will possess a strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of creative design work, spanning digital and print media. You will collaborate with our design and creative strategy teams to bring concepts to life across various platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute creative design solutions for branding, marketing, and advertising projects
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement visual strategies
• Create compelling graphics for digital, social media, print, and other marketing materials
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail
• Present design concepts to clients and internal teams and incorporate feedback into final deliverables
• Ensure consistency and alignment with brand guidelines and client goals
• Stay up to date with industry trends and design techniques to continuously elevate the quality of your work

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field
• 3+ years of professional graphic design experience required, preferably within an agency/ studio setting
• Experience designing for digital platforms, social media, and print
• A solid understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and layout principles
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines

Compensation:

This position offers an annual salary range of $75,000.00 - $90,000.00, commensurate with experience, along with benefits such as health benefits, 401K, paid time off, and a supportive work environment focused on personal and professional growth.
