What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  1. Serve as the main client contact for social media and influencer program deliverables, providing strategic insights and updates.
  2. Write and edit engaging, platform-specific social copy for brands, ensuring alignment with client voice and goals.
  3. Collaborate with influencers to plan and execute virtual and in-person activations, fostering authentic partnerships.
  4. Develop content amplification strategies and manage paid media campaigns to maximize reach and engagement.
  5. Analyze performance metrics across social, influencer, and paid channels to refine strategies and recommend improvements.

What is Required (Qualifications):

  1. 4+ years of client-facing agency experience or equivalent in social media, digital content, influencer marketing, or paid media.
  2. Strong growth mindset; eager to learn and approach challenges as opportunities for skill development.
  3. Proven ability to prioritize responsibilities based on impact, timelines, and client goals.
  4. Deadline-driven with attention to detail and a passion for continuous improvement.
  5. Familiarity with social media management tools and digital analytics platforms such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics, and others.

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

  1. Experience with influencer management tools and digital tools for analytics.
  2. Previous experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  3. Demonstrated ability to quickly adjust digital strategies based on client needs and audience dynamics.
