What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the main client contact for social media and influencer program deliverables, providing strategic insights and updates.
- Write and edit engaging, platform-specific social copy for brands, ensuring alignment with client voice and goals.
- Collaborate with influencers to plan and execute virtual and in-person activations, fostering authentic partnerships.
- Develop content amplification strategies and manage paid media campaigns to maximize reach and engagement.
- Analyze performance metrics across social, influencer, and paid channels to refine strategies and recommend improvements.
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 4+ years of client-facing agency experience or equivalent in social media, digital content, influencer marketing, or paid media.
- Strong growth mindset; eager to learn and approach challenges as opportunities for skill development.
- Proven ability to prioritize responsibilities based on impact, timelines, and client goals.
- Deadline-driven with attention to detail and a passion for continuous improvement.
- Familiarity with social media management tools and digital analytics platforms such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics, and others.

- Experience with influencer management tools and digital tools for analytics.
- Previous experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
