5. Manage the marketing budget, allocate resources effectively, and measure return on investment (ROI) of marketing activities.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. A Master's degree or MBA is a plus.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a marketing management role, preferably in a similar industry.
3. Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
4. Strong understanding of marketing concepts, principles, and tactics, including digital marketing, content marketing, SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
5. Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
6. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
7. Outstanding communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
8. Proficiency in marketing software and applications, such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and content management systems.
9. Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
10. Creative, innovative, and strategic thinker, with a customer-centric mindset and a passion for marketing.
