Leading eDiscovery firm is seeking a Sales & Marketing Intern
Location: NYC / Remote Part-Time | Internship | Paid TBD
What You’ll Do:
Marketing Responsibilities:
• Website Development – Design and build a new website using Wix, WordPress, or other platforms.
• Marketing Content Creation – Develop brochures, one-pagers, and other sales/marketing materials.
• Email Marketing – Create and design engaging email campaigns and templates.• Branding & Design – Ensure brand consistency across all digital assets.
• Market Research – Support competitive analysis and identify marketing opportunities.
Sales Responsibilities:
• Lead Generation – Research and identify potential clients in the legal and corporate sectors.
• Outbound Outreach – Assist in cold emailing, LinkedIn messaging, and other outreach efforts.
• CRM Management – Track leads and follow-ups in HubSpot or other CRM platforms.
• Sales Development – Work closely with the sales team to set up meetings, qualify leads, and assist in pipeline growth.
• Follow-Up & Nurturing – Help maintain relationships with prospects through consistent follow-up.
What We’re Looking For:
• Experience with website builders (Wix, WordPress, etc.).
• Graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar tools).
• Strong writing skills for marketing emails and sales outreach.
• Interest in sales, marketing, and business development.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Bonus Points:
• Experience with email marketing tools like Mailchimp or HubSpot.
• Familiarity with sales tools (Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar).
• Strong research and analytical skills for lead generation.
