Job Description

Position Summary:

Responsible for supporting the Marketing department with various marketing functions. This includes digit marketing, social media management, content creation, and market research and analysis. Other duties as assigned.

Essential Functions:

  1. Process weekly report using GA4 to look at Website Productivity and Metrics for Success
  2. Join Monthly Agency Calls for Google My Business, SEO, and Paid Google Search Programs
  3. Conduct market research and analysis as directed by management
    • Competitive Analysis on Communities and Product.
    • Visit communities online and in person and report on findings.
    • Uncover how other categories (rental homes, student housing, apartments) might be influencing others (channels, content and messaging)
  4. Produce various content as advised by management
    • Produce 6 blogs (3-7 paragraphs each) on homebuilding and homebuying content
    • Using a provided camera and tripod/car mount, capture video content and home progress photos in and around local area communities to enhance website content
    • Join Monthly Social Media Calls for Social Strategy and Reporting
    • LinkedIn Company Page Content Development for SD Life Pages & Competitive Analysis for Content
  5. Develop a MLS standards document with the input of EVP of Sales and Marketing and Sales Trainer
  6. Become familiar with the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database. Partner with the Sales Trainer to create a document, including screenshots, on what is needed to clean up the CRM database for sales and reports
  7. Conduct and present research and analysis on various projects with Product Design and Innovation
    • Working with Director of Product Research to provide an analysis of design and home innovation trends on the rise
    • Research online and through competitive research, what home trends are up and coming that could influence our new floorplans and home design
    • Consider Millennials and Gen Z needs in housing now and coming soon

Minimum Job Requirements:

Education:

  • High School Diploma, pursing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing

Experience:

  • Basic knowledge and understanding of marketing principles and techniques
  • Customer service experience

Skills Required:

  • Creative thinking skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks

Computer Skills:

  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • SharePoint experience a plus
