As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for managing Watches of Switzerland’s online presence, driving engagement and building brand awareness while maintaining a consistent brand voice. Responsibilities
Social Media
- Manage content development, talent contracts, tone of voice, design formatting and budgets for organic and paid social.
- Manage respective agencies and internal teams throughout social media co-op campaign planning and execution.
- Manage Rolex, Tudor, Patek Philippe and partner brand guidelines across social platforms.
- Oversee social media analytics and reporting.
- Manage Rolex blog program including maintaining brand guidelines, organizing journalist communication, syncing program with ecommerce team for timely posting.
- Manage respective agencies and internal teams throughout social media co-op campaign planning and execution.
- Develop pitch decks for brands.
- Manage budget for paid social media.
- Develop benchmark KPIs.
- Manage implementation of and performance analytics of campaigns across social media channels.
- Manage campaign communication to internal and external brand and venue stakeholders including monitoring of third-party communication.
- Marketing support for special projects across WOS, Mayors, Betteridge and Analog Shift including developing media kits, pitch decks, marketing presentations.
- Communication of key project calendars, timelines, stakeholders and performance.
- 3-5 years in product and client marketing.
- Excellent copywriting skills that can be translated into the development of marketing materials.
- Proven track record of client relationship management.
- Knowledge of digital media and publisher industries.
- Technical knowledge of the latest digital marketing tools and channels, including customer relationship management platforms and marketing automation platforms (e. g. Marketo, Salesforce).
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs.
- Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements.
- Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data.
- Experience presenting metrics and progress to goal to senior leadership.
- Experience in C-Suite level reporting and presentation delivery.
