Waterside School is seeking a dedicated and dynamic music teacher to fill a need in K-5 general music. Applicants should feel comfortable implementing a variety of curricula, including vocal training, movement, music literacy, and project-based learning, all focusing on developing well-rounded students who are inspired and prepared to continue their musical journeys. Private lessons and small ensemble experiences are also valued, especially in piano, guitar, concert band, and strings. This is a wonderful teaching opportunity with a supportive faculty and room to grow. Our school is an independent private school located in Stamford, CT, (less than an hour from New York City). Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
At least three years of teaching experience
