Key Responsibilities:
As an Entry-Level Event Marketing & Public Relations Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:
- Event Planning & Coordination: Assist with organizing, promoting, and executing events to ensure seamless experiences for clients and attendees.
- Marketing Campaign Support: Help create and implement marketing campaigns for both pre- and post-event, including promotional materials, digital content, and social media support.
- Client Relations: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and event participants to ensure smooth communication and positive experiences.
- Public Relations Assistance: Support PR efforts by crafting press releases, pitching media outlets, and managing public relations events.
- Brand Representation: Represent clients at events and ensure consistent messaging and high-quality brand representation.
- Audience Engagement: Help facilitate audience engagement during events, both in-person and online, to maximize participation and awareness.
- Logistics Support: Assist with event logistics, including setting up materials, managing schedules, and overseeing event operations.
- Post-Event Reporting & Analytics: Track event outcomes and gather feedback to assess the effectiveness of marketing and PR campaigns.

Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
- No prior experience is required—training will be provided.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required. A degree in marketing, public relations, communications, or a related field is a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed for events.
