Location : Miramar, FL (hybrid - must already be located in South Florida. Will not accept relocation candidates)

Pay : $52-58 / hr USD

Duration : 3 Month Contract to hire

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Graduate degree in a quantitative field (computer science, data science, mathematics, statistics, engineering, or physics)
• Highly experienced in AI/ML, data science, and architecture with strong knowledge of languages and tools such as Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch
• Experienced with technologies related to Large Language Models (LLMs) including architecture, model evaluation, and pre-training and fine-tuning techniques
• Background in using open-source frameworks, prompt engineering, and RAG (retrieval-augmented generation) techniques to develop apps powered by LLMs
• Skilled in data platforms such as AWS, Azure, and Spark and in developing/deploying Agentic Workflow agents
• Experienced with tools/frameworks such as LangGraph, LangSmith, AWS Bedrock, Azure AI Studio, AutoGen, or Crew AI

Day to Day Responsibilities:

Our major distribution client is looking for an AI Research Scientist to join their team. This individual will develop and fine-tune generative AI models for enterprise applications. They will design and implement AI solution architectures, create prototypes and proof of concepts (PoCs), explore new apps, and ensure high reliability and safety of AI systems. They will collaborate with data science, ML, digital, and analytics engineering teams to create innovative Gen AI models and systems and push for their adoption. This individual should understand how to work with stakeholders and be self-motivated in a high-energy environment.
