Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Visual Merchandiser located in Brentwood, TN. The Visual Merchandiser will be responsible for creating visual displays in retail spaces, organizing and styling store layouts, and ensuring the overall visual appeal of the store. This role involves collaborating with the design team to implement creative merchandising strategies to maximize sales and customer experience.

Qualifications

1. Visual Merchandising, Retail Design, and Styling skills
2. Experience in creating visually appealing displays and store layouts
3. Knowledge of current design trends and customer preferences
4. Strong attention to detail and creativity
5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
7. Experience with furniture or home decor merchandising is a plus
8. Degree in Visual Merchandising, Interior Design, or related field is beneficial
