What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  1. Design, implement, and deliver software solutions and data science efforts for TRSS solutions suite
  2. Gather customer requirements and collaborate with the analytical staff to develop new solutions
  3. Lead projects or efforts as needed, turning ideas into technical solutions with minimal direction
  4. Demo new software solutions and enhance/support existing applications
  5. Engage in continuous learning and skill development on the job

What is Required (Qualifications):

  1. B.S. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent work experience
  2. At least 7 years of professional software development experience
  3. Strong engineering and problem-solving skills
  4. Proficiency in backend development using Java and SpringBoot
  5. U.S. Citizenship is essential to comply with government contract requirements

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

  1. Background in data engineering and/or data science
  2. Experience with frontend technologies such as React, Angular, or Vue
  3. Familiarity with AWS and graph technologies like AWS Neptune or Neo4J
  4. Knowledge of ElasticSearch/OpenSearch
  5. Experience with DevOps tools such as Docker, Jenkins, git, and Maven
