Doner is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Print Producer, who will play a critical role in the success of print for our Integrated Studio. Print Producers at Doner are expected to bring knowledge of the print lifecycle from conceptual consultation to pre-press to sourcing and managing vendors to color management both in office and on press. This role is internal-facing, with project-specific, client-facing work as well. The Print Producer will work closely with multiple departments in the agency, including creative, project management, account management, studio designers and retouchers, as well as other producers to ensure the highest quality work is produced.

What you will do:

  • Produce print projects such as POS, OOH, Collateral, Direct Mail, Promotional, Experiential and Magazine and Newspaper, from creative/strategic development through production and delivery.
  • Create and review color proofs with our in-house EPSON printers, attend press checks as needed. Travel is sometimes required for press checks.
  • Juggle multiple projects and new project proposal development, while assisting with innovation discovery within the agency to bring creative solutions to life.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third-party vendors.
  • Develop project proposals/scopes of work, estimates and schedules. Efficiently manage against these project plans, proactively communicate risk, and determine effective solutions.
  • Work within project management and quality assurance software to manage projects.
  • Research trends and emerging technologies within the print production space.

What you need to succeed:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Print Producer in an agency setting, successfully producing complex projects.
  • Experience producing other mediums is a plus, but not required, such as experiential events, large scale installations, art and digital content.
  • Organized and able to multi-task and pivot quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with keen attention to detail. Confidence when presenting internally and externally.
  • Strong understanding of print technologies in order to effectively communicate with internal team members and vendors when scoping and managing projects.
  • Ability to help foster a positive team environment and be collaborative with all departments.
  • Experience working with Adobe Acrobat, Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop, along with Workfront, Proof HQ and Teams project management tools a plus.
