Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a UX/UI Designer to join a customer facing design team. This designer will be supporting a digital design team which focuses on Visual Design, VQA and design feedback across the greater design organization. Candidates will be reporting to a Lead Experience Designer, where there will be mentorship and guidance. On a day to day basis candidates will be working within a design system, focused on delivering different screen options for products within the customer experience portfolio. Candidates must be strong with Figma and be comfortable drawing out scenarios and pages. The role will also be supporting different areas of design brand definition and be involved in design critique sessions with adjacent design parts to evaluate executed design work aligned to the digital design teams guidelines.

Skills and Requirements
3+ years of UX/UI experience particularly a visual design focus
Experience working within a design system and within brand guidelines
Expert experience with Figma and drawing skills
Ability to design multiple screens and components for customer facing products
Hands on with prototyping skills
Good communication skills to participate in design critiques
Portfolio with up to date design work and end to end case studies Motion design skills null
