Location/TimeZone (On-site/hybrid)

:

1515 Broadway, NYC, hybrid, flexible on how often onsite meetings will be required, likely a couple of days/month on average

Hours

:

9:30am to 5:30pm, however they will need to join some meetings with Europe starting at 8:30am eastern which they will adjust their schedule accordingly

:

The Brand Manager role will be covering for a Sr. Director during maternity leave to fulfill more operational driven tasks instead of higher level strategic functions and planning to maintain the workflow steady.

VP of Marketing will guide on the strategic side while the Sr. Director is on leave

Some strategy will be involved, but the primary duties will be maintaining existing operations.

This team focuses on international marketing strategy, they will maintain the existing processes and meetings involved with those processes.

They should know how to collaborate across departments and teams to ensure all are aligned in order to execute the marketing strategy and project that is being launched.

They will work with 7 different markets and communicating regularly with different market teams through collaboration. We do not require previous international experience, however this is a plus.

TOP Critical Skills or Must Haves skills:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

Background and experience in the Media / Tech industry or Streaming and Digital environments

4+ years of experience in direct-to-consumer marketing with a proven track record of managing and executing 360-degree marketing campaigns

Experience working in brand and content in a high-volume, fast-paced environment collaborating with cross-functional teams as well as internal and external partners

Experience working at an international level (across multiple geographic markets) in a matrixed consumer or content-based business is a plus

Experience in cross-platform marketing, performance media and/or overall marketing & distribution partnership

Clear understanding of the Streaming market and future trends

Excellent data analysis and data-based decision-making skills

Experience in handling marketing budgets in co-operation with external agencies

Strong written and oral communication skills

Ability and flexibility to adapt to changes in schedules and delivery

Creative problem-solving ability

Nice to Have
