The Role
The Director, Field Marketing is responsible for leading a Full Service vertical of the opt-in Field Marketing program. This role proactively develops strategies to address business challenges and pace deficits while providing leadership that aligns closely with corporate and brand strategic priorities.
The primary mission of the Director is to lead a dedicated opt-in team and portfolio of hotels, as well as to steward the continued growth and future development of the overall opt-in program.
The Director provides digital marketing expertise and strategic guidance that addresses both individual hotel and above-property portfolio business objectives. In addition, the Director liaises with the cross-functional teams, focusing on driving success to all owners and operators.
Working proactively to solve business challenges and drive performance with colleagues in Operations, Sales, Loyalty, Brands, Digital, and Revenue Management is key to being successful in this role.
Qualifications:
Experience Required:
•10 years of marketing experience for a global brand. Digital hotel/hospitality industry preferred.
•Experience working closely in leading/developing people while managing a growing, dynamic team.
•Strong people leadership, management, and organizational skills, with an ability to multi-task and lead by example.
•Strategic marketing plan development based on analytics/performance management and integrated execution with demonstrable results and return on investment.
•Strong analytical skills and business acumen. Proven ability to apply knowledge to develop and execute marketing programs that drive incremental revenue, with strong ROI and thoughtful insights.
•Superior presentation and written communication skills.
•Strong relationship-building at all levels of an organization.
•Outstanding project management, time management, and problem-solving skills.
Experience Preferred:
•Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
•Highly self–motivated and directed with the ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure.
•Experience with traveling for work and operating in a fast-paced environment
•Franchise experience a plus.

The salary range for this position is $131,300 to $150,000. This position is also eligible to earn an annual bonus. The final pay rate/salary offered to the successful candidate will depend on experience, skill level and other qualifications for the role, as well as the location of the performance of work. Pay for the successful candidate will meet local requirements, including the local minimum wage rate.
