Job Description
Develop Accurate and Detailed Submittal Drawings:
Create comprehensive floor plans and elevations.
Review and Incorporate Change Requests:
Adjust designs based on feedback from architects, clients, and managing partners.
Manage Multiple Projects:
Oversee several projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
Work Independently and Collaboratively:
Operate both autonomously and within a team-oriented environment.
Utilize Expert-Level Revit Skills:
Produce detailed contract drawings using advanced Revit capabilities.
Conduct Field Visits:
Monitor project progress on-site and address any design-related issues.
Communicate Effectively:
Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, consultants, and team members.
Provide Leadership and Mentorship:
Guide and support junior team members.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
10+ years in the architectural field.
5+ years as a Project Manager.
Architect License is a plus.
Proficiency in Revit.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $64.00/hr.
