Job Role: Role Overview: We are looking for a Proposal Designer to create visually compelling and well-structured proposals, RFP responses, and pitch decks that effectively communicate our value to clients and stakeholders. This role requires a strong blend of graphic design, content formatting, and storytelling to enhance the impact of our business proposals. Key Responsibilities: Design and format professional proposals, presentations, and sales materials. Ensure brand consistency in all proposal documents by adhering to company style guidelines. Work closely with sales, marketing, and subject matter experts to develop compelling visual content. Utilize design software (Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, PowerPoint, Canva, etc.) to create engaging layouts, infographics, and data visualizations. Improve the readability and presentation of complex information through strategic design. Manage proposal templates and maintain a library of visual assets for future use. Meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality design output. Graphic Designing & Branding: Logo Design and Branding: Create and design original logos for proposals, presentations, and branding materials. Ensure logos align with the company's or client's brand identity, vision, and values. Work closely with the marketing or creative team to understand brand guidelines and incorporate them into the designs. Proposal Layout and Design: Design visually appealing proposal layouts that enhance readability and engagement. Incorporate company branding, color schemes, fonts, and imagery to make proposals stand out. Customize templates for different types of proposals, ensuring consistency in design. PowerPoint Design: Develop custom PowerPoint presentations for client pitches, internal meetings, and proposals. Create slide templates that match the brand style and support effective communication of key ideas. Use graphics, charts, and other visuals to break down complex information and enhance the overall presentation. Collaboration with Teams: Collaborate with proposal managers, writers, and other stakeholders to understand the proposal’s content and goals. Incorporate feedback from different departments to refine and improve design drafts. Creative Direction and Strategy: Provide creative input and suggestions for visually improving proposals, presentations, and marketing materials. Stay updated with industry design trends to keep proposals looking fresh and innovative. File Management and Version Control: Maintain organized design files for all proposal and presentation materials. Manage revisions and ensure that final designs are properly archived for future use. Quality Control: Ensure that all designs are high-quality, error-free, and meet the client's requirements. Conduct final reviews of proposals and presentations to check for design inconsistencies or issues. Experience: Proven Experience in Design : 2-5 years of experience in graphic design, with a focus on creating compelling proposals, presentations, and branding materials. Logo and Branding Design : Strong portfolio showcasing logo creation and brand identity design across various industries. Proposal and Presentation Design : Demonstrated expertise in designing visually engaging proposals and PowerPoint presentations that support business objectives. Advanced Skills in Design Software : Proficient in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Microsoft PowerPoint. Collaboration Experience : Experience working closely with proposal managers, content writers, and marketing teams to deliver cohesive and persuasive proposal designs. Attention to Detail : Ability to maintain high design standards and meet deadlines while managing multiple projects. Portfolio Requirement: A portfolio demonstrating your best proposal designs, logo designs, and PowerPoint presentations is required . The portfolio should include samples that highlight your ability to create professional, visually appealing proposals and your understanding of brand consistency and presentation design.
