What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Define product vision, strategy, and development of a suite of ads data products
- Manage product roadmaps and prioritize initiatives based on customer insights and business needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data strategies and ensure integration with ad-serving platforms
- Oversee data transformation processes to ensure accurate data reporting
- Develop strategies to offer data as a service to stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 7+ years of experience in programmatic media and self-service DSPs
- 5+ years of experience in product strategy or project management
- 5+ years of experience in conducting data analysis
- 3+ years of experience managing a team
- Bachelor's degree in relevant fields or equivalent (HS Diploma + 4 years experience)

- Deep understanding of programmatic media
- Proven experience with self-service platforms, ad tech, and programmatic integrations
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proven ability to lead and collaborate effectively within a team and across functions
- Strong initiative, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently in a customer-service oriented environment
