Milliman's CMH Health practice is looking for a

UI/UX Design Intern

who will engage directly in the evaluation and design of innovative software applications. This role is crucial in driving the efficiency and effectiveness of our healthcare products. Job Responsibilities Evaluate the design, interface, and user experience of current software Gain intimate knowledge of the application and contribute to its redesign based on industry standards Create wireframes and prototypes Collaborate with developers to establish and communicate realistic design requirements Collect feedback from stakeholders and clients and iterate the designs based on the feedback

Minimum Requirements Currently pursuing a degree in web design, design-related, or fine arts degree (Post-grad applicants will also be considered) Previous experience doing creative design work Experience working in a professional environment Available to work full-time (at least 30 hours per week) at our Brookfield, WI office from March to May 2025

Competencies and Behaviors that Support Success in this Role Training or experience in Figma (Sketch or Adobe XD/InDesign also considered) Works well in a collaborative setting Strong communication and presentation skills Ability to take and utilize constructive feedback Interest/experience in conducting user research and usability testing Ability to create user personas, wireframes, and prototypes Interest/experience with and how to use them in designs using Figma Web-based design experience or familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript

Location : This is an on-site position at our Milwaukee office located in Brookfield, WI.
