Job Title: Brand Marketing Manager Location:

New York City based. 3-4 days/wk working in-office at the client-site. Other days will be remote.

Job Description We are looking for a seasoned Brand Marketing Manager to support one of our client’s Global Head of Brand and Partner Marketing to shape their long-term brand positioning.

This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in arts and culture, along with extensive experience in building strategic partnerships. The successful candidate will be comfortable collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders, balancing high-level strategy with hands-on execution and leading integrated media campaigns to elevate the brand. The candidate must also have a strong track record in developing partnerships and driving brand awareness through media and cultural collaborations. This role reports to the Global Head of Brand and Partner Marketing and is a contract role through Chartis.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Marketing & Positioning:

Develop and implement long-term brand positioning strategies that drive awareness and engagement through media and cultural collaborations. Strategic Partnerships:

Identify, build, and manage partnerships that enhance brand reach, including collaborations with media, cultural institutions, and corporate sponsors. Integrated Media Campaigns:

Lead the development and execution of integrated media campaigns to elevate the brand, working closely with media agencies and partners. Sponsorship Management:

Oversee day-to-day relationships for a portfolio of live and virtual sponsorships, ensuring they align with broader brand marketing objectives. Cultural Partnerships:

Research cultural initiatives, programs, and festivals for potential sponsorship/partnership opportunities. Review and negotiate proposals and manage partnerships once confirmed. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work across internal teams to manage and execute end-to-end projects, ensuring key stakeholders remain informed and engaged throughout the process. Creative Development:

Collaborate with the creative team to develop marketing materials for partner and brand campaigns that align with brand positioning goals. System Management:

Maintain and update project management and customer relationship management systems with accurate program and project information. Desired Qualifications:

Experience:

10+ years of marketing experience in an agency, cultural, or corporate environment, with a focus on brand partnership development and strategic marketing. Arts & Culture Background:

Demonstrated experience or a strong track record in arts and cultural sectors, with deep understanding of cultural initiatives and partnerships. Strategic and Tactical Skills:

Expertise in developing and executing long-term brand marketing strategies beyond event activations. Integrated Media Expertise:

Experience in leading integrated media campaigns to drive brand awareness and engagement. Sponsorship & Partnership Development:

Proven ability to develop and manage high-level sponsorships and partnerships that drive meaningful brand collaborations. Relationship Management:

Strong skills in developing and maintaining relationships with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders. Organizational Skills:

Highly organized, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines effectively. Growth Mindset:
