Job Description:

  1. Lead requirement gathering workshops with the business team and record user requirement specifications.
  2. Lead business requirements analysis, perform impact analysis, and risk assessment.
  3. Must have in-depth product knowledge of Siemens Opcenter.
  4. Understand customer requirements and provide solutions using OOTB product features.
  5. Experience in end-to-end Opcenter modeling and configuration.
  6. Understand the paper batch record and business process flow in collaboration with business SMEs.
  7. Functional and technical knowledge of integrating external systems.
  8. Extensive knowledge of medical device processes.
  9. Good knowledge of software development life cycle with experience in all project phases.
  10. Relevant experience of 8-10 years.
  11. Excellent leadership skills to help the team achieve high performance.
  12. Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical information to the business team.
