What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  1. Serve as the primary finance business partner to Sales & Marketing, overseeing headcount planning, budgeting, and forecasting
  2. Develop and maintain robust financial frameworks and reporting to support decision-making
  3. Provide insights that drive key business strategies and highlight growth opportunities
  4. Manage the month-end close process for operational efficiency
  5. Collaborate cross-functionally on complex projects across the GTM organization

What is Required (Qualifications):

  1. 8+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a SaaS tech company or top management consulting firm
  2. Proven track record in leading and scaling high-performing teams
  3. Strong experience in financial modeling and strategic business planning
  4. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for presenting complex information
  5. Self-starter with a solutions-oriented mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

  1. Experience with detailed systems like Adaptive, Workday, or Intacct for accurate reporting
  2. Knowledge of SQL or other data querying languages
  3. Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker Studio, or Power BI
