Role Overview
We’re looking for a Social Media Manager who is deeply immersed in shopping, fashion, and Gen Z culture. This role is perfect for a creative storyteller who can craft viral content, drive engagement, and grow our community across Instagram, TikTok, and other key platforms. If you love curating trends, discovering must-have brands, and building communities , this role is for you!
Responsibilities
• Develop and execute a content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms.
• Create engaging, on-brand content (short-form videos, posts, and stories) that showcases shopping trends, deals, and lifestyle.
• Identify and engage with influencers, micro-creators, and brand ambassadors to amplify our message.
• Track social media performance, analyze trends, and refine strategies to grow our audience.
• Collaborate with design, product, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive brand storytelling.
• Stay ahead of social media trends, shopping behaviors, and viral moments to keep Jingo culturally relevant.
Qualifications
• Recent grads welcome! 1-3 years of social media experience preferred, but passion and creativity matter most.
• Deep understanding of Gen Z shopping behavior, fashion, beauty, and viral trends.
• Strong video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar tools).
• Ability to create scroll-stopping, viral content that resonates with our audience.
• Experience growing social media communities and driving engagement.
• Excellent writing skills with a fun, engaging tone.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented in managing content schedules and campaigns.
Bonus Skills
• Experience working with DTC brands, fashion, or lifestyle communities .
• Familiarity with influencer marketing and UGC strategies.
• Comfortable being on camera and creating content yourself!
