The salary range for this position is $68,000 - $75,600 per year based upon a San Francisco location. Offered salary is dependent upon experience and location. About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate, detail-oriented, and highly organized individual to help execute impactful marketing campaigns. This exciting role offers the opportunity to work on marketing and retailer strategies and go-to-market plans for new launches and core categories, ensuring executional excellence and driving sales within the retail landscape.

Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Plan Execution: Support the execution of marketing plans across all touchpoints, including in-store, digital, out-of-store, social, influencer, and media. Partner closely with the NA marketing team, cross-functional partners, Sephora and Ulta retail partners, and external agencies.
- Paid Media Campaigns: Brief and execute paid media campaigns.
- Retailer Marketing Campaigns: Develop assets and coordinate the execution of retailer marketing campaigns, inclusive of paid media, organic social support, and influencer campaigns.
- Ratings and Reviews: Lead Ratings and Reviews campaigns.
- Social and Influencer Marketing: Work closely with Fenty Beauty social and influencer marketing partners to drive 360° retailer support.
- Invoice Management: Support the team with invoice management.
- Product Orders and Forecasting: Own product orders and forecasting.
- Public Relations Coordination: Coordinate PR activities in the US and Canada, including press releases, product orders, and PR events.
- Event Execution: Partner with the influencer team to help execute in-real-life (IRL) events.
- Campaign Recaps: Lead the creation of NA Marketing campaign recaps.
- Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with retailer marketing and internal sales partners.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in beauty/cosmetics marketing, beauty marketing experience preferred.
- Paid / Organic Social Media experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint; ability to deliver strong, polished, effective PowerPoint presentations.
- Effective relationship-building and collaboration skills.
- Strong time management skills; ability to juggle priorities and multiple projects.
- Proactive problem-solving skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset - able to deal with ambiguity and respond with flexibility and agility.
