DELTA GROUP USA INC Sales & Marketing Director in Old Bridge, New Jersey
Manage the sales operations and client relationships. Develop and implement an annual sales strategic plan and sales goal. Establish sales territories, quotas, and sales targets for each sales associate. Review sales performance reports and conduct performance evaluations of the sales representatives. Recruit new sales representatives and develop training and coaching programs for all sales representatives. Liaise with the Supply Chain department to ensure proper inventory levels and recommend pricing adjustments. Develop budgets/gross profit targets. Lead market research, including research on the company’s competition, supply matters, and market demands. Direct and implement all marketing communications activities, including public relations, advertising, brand identity management, relations, trade representation, and strategic partnerships. Retain the services of outside advertising and copywriting agencies to conduct ongoing marketing campaigns.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field; two years of experience as a Sales & Marketing Director or any related job/experience in the construction material industry.
