GRF is seeking a Graphic Design and Communications Manager to create high-quality visual concepts and layouts to communicate GRF’s brand and message both internally and externally. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, the Graphic Design and Communications Manager will conceptualize, design, and develop a variety of marketing assets, including reports and whitepapers, sales collateral, infographics, video and motion graphics, presentations, conference graphics, email marketing, and social media content. In addition to graphic design, this position also manages the firm’s internal communications which includes writing, editing, and designing individual email communications, developing internal campaigns and newsletters, and producing internal presentations and reports.
Using the department’s robust tech stack, the Graphic Design and Communications Manager works on multiple projects efficiently while adhering to the firm’s communications and brand standards. This position is part of a high-performing team that frequently works together on projects and partners with colleagues across the firm. The individual is a creative thinker, a problem-solver, and displays the ability to manage projects with little or no direction. The Graphic Design and Communications Manager demonstrates a willingness to learn about the accounting profession, understand the service lines offered by the firm, and recognize the industry verticals we serve.
This is a hybrid position.
Salary range: $90,000 - $103,000
Responsibilities:
- Creating graphic design concepts for brochures, flyers, whitepapers, signage, PowerPoint presentations, and other company collateral to support marketing and client engagement efforts. Design and format presentations as requested for partners and departmental leads.
- Manage internal communications working with HR/recruiting, IT, internal accounting, facilities, initiative leaders, and firm leadership. Use professional writing, editing, proofreading, and digital design skills and collaborate across departments to develop professional internal emails and newsletters.
- Manage and update the company's CMS SharePoint intranet homepage to ensure current information is available to employees. Content includes, but is not limited to, content included in the internal newsletters. Upload new content to the Marketing SharePoint page as new collateral and other assets are developed.
- Design and maintain report templates for service teams to use for client deliverables.
- Provide desktop publishing and formatting support as needed for special projects.
- Develop and maintain design templates, style guides, and visual brand standards for all branded and corporate marketing materials and content.
- Maintain a library of design assets, including logos, images, templates, and other visual elements, to ensure easy access and consistency across the organization.
- Serve as a proposal writer for new business opportunities across all GRF service lines. Assist other team members with proposal proofreading as needed.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring a high-quality work product and adherence to project deadlines.
Requirements
Skills and Qualifications:
· Proven ability to take in complex information, clarify design and messaging expectations, develop concepts, and execute highly effective graphics on deadline.

· Experience with a modern marketing tech stack and project management tools including MS Planner (or similar), Adobe Creative Cloud (including InDesign and Photoshop), HubSpot (or other digital marketing platform), SharePoint, Proposify (or other proposal software), and Canva.
Education and Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, English, journalism, or related field.
· Minimum 5 years of experience in graphic design, data visualization, and/or digital communications.
